I’m Sarah Kate, a RYT-200 yoga instructor located on the Seacoast in New Hampshire. Growing up as a dancer, movement has been an essential part of my life as long as I can remember, with my focus shifting to yoga instruction in 2019.

Gratitude, joy, and connection are the root of my mindful movement practice. Join me for a weekly class or reach out to book a private event!

What my students say

“Sarah Kate is a kind, genuine and supportive teacher. I know I can always count on feeling strong, rejuvenated, and empowered when I leave Sarah Kate’s class — it’s a staple in my routine. I always recommend friends take her class, whether they are seasoned yogis or brand new, because I know they will fall in love with the practice!”

“I had many of my yoga “firsts,” if you will, in Sarah Kate’s classes - my first full Chaturanga, an almost crow pose.. and the first time I felt most connected to myself through my practice during Savasana. Her classes are calm, gentle, yet intense. Needless to say, Sarah Kate is a fantastic teacher, but I most appreciate the connections she builds with her students, which really facilitates a sense of community within and beyond her classes.

Sarah Kate is my absolute favorite yoga teacher! Her Tuesday 5:30pm classes have easily become one of my non-negotiables in my weekly routine!”

"Over the past two years, I've had the pleasure of practicing in Sarah Kate's weekly yoga class at CorePower Back Bay studio. Sarah Kate is an exceptional yoga instructor whose classes are a highlight of my week. Her classes are a wonderful blend of warmth and energy, balanced with tranquility and mindfulness. Every session is well planned, flowing seamlessly from one pose to the next and always paired with a perfect playlist. Her class structure ensures accessibility for both men and women, and caters to all skill levels from novices to advanced yogis."
